Instructor Bio
Lindsay James has over a decade of experience working with elite athletes globally, including Team Canada, NHL, NFL, and NBA players, at major competitions such as the Pan Am Games, Lifesaving World Championships, KOOP Cup, and SWATCH Tour. She specializes in sports massage, manual therapy, cupping, fascial release, kinesiology taping, and performance-based treatment strategies, providing practical techniques clinicians can apply immediately.
