Sakila Lama

Sakila Lama graduated with a diploma from Medix College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2018. Her passion lies in alleviating muscle pain and stress through a range of techniques. She has extensive experience in addressing acute and chronic conditions, injuries, and pregnancy-related concerns, as well as offering treatments for stress relief and relaxation. Her approach to massage therapy is versatile, ranging from gentle therapeutic touch to deep tissue techniques, all tailored to individual needs. Sakila believes in the profound healing and restorative benefits of massage therapy. She has additional training in cupping therapy, Indian head massage, hot stone and rehabilitation exercises to enhance overall well-being.
