An Evening of Deep Rest, Crystal Vibrations, and Energy Healing This workshop is a multi-sensory journey utilizing a beautiful array of professional sound healing and wellness tools: Crystal Singing Bowls: Pure quartz frequencies tuned to help melt away physical tension and mental chatter. Acoustic Soundscapes: Experience the soothing cascade of rain sticks, the gentle wash of ocean drums, and grounding frame drums. Chimes & Tuning Forks: Delicate vibrations to help transition your mind from active thinking into deep, quiet rest. Group Reiki Healing: Restorative energy clearing to help restore balance, ease stress, and support your body's natural alignment. Workshop Details Duration: 60 Minutes Investment: $35 (Includes HST) What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel. We also recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing and bringing a water bottle.
